Minato is a serious prankster. You can't expect to meet him without getting mocked or pranked. He has a naturally mischevious nature and hates being in sticky situations or out smarted. He's pretty clever and is incredibly good with thinking up witty reponses, or covering up the fact he can't think of one. He's a good studier, but only when there's something serious on the line and it's absolutely necessary.
Friends
Minato will definitely have some schemeing friends, partners in crime so-to-speak. Friends for other reasons, well, maybe. I'll see whether it would work or not. Casual talking buddies for class is also considered friends.

I don't see Minato in a relationship anytime soon, doesn't fit with my image of him. But if the right girl comes along, he might comply. Although he won't be showering her with attention. He's more of a subtle person when it comes to affections.

If he didn't have any of these, I'd be thoroughly surprised. there are several ways to get on his bad side, and he can just as easily get on yours. A few things are if you act better than him, he'll be pissed and start making your life hell. You harm his sister seriously, he'll hunt you down. Being himself, he can get on a lot fo people's nerves.
