| [atrb=style, padding: 0px 25px] Kaito wasn't sure why, but he no longer wanted to go back inside and continue playing games with his brother. He didn't want his older twin's company right now. It was odd for him. He loved spending time with Hiro, no matter what they were doing. But right now, he just wanted to stay right where he was. He wanted to just lean against this tree. Despite the silence that kept finding it's way between himself and Akii, he was thoroughly enjoying this time away from his brother. The silence, like always, didn't last forever though. Of course, being who he was, he was glad that a conversation, no matter how short, had found it's way to the surface. He knew another silence would pop up after, but the thought didn't bother him like it might have some time ago. He sort of welcomed the quiet. Not because he didn't enjoy conversing with Akii but because he knew she enjoyed the quiet moments. As he leaned against the tree and listened, he looked up at the sky. Darkening slowly, it looked as if if would begin raining at any moment. The breezes that blew through the courtyard were cool and he couldn't help but think the leaves falling all around them looked kind of... pretty. That probably wouldn't be something he said allowed though. "I've always wanted a dog. I'll get one, too, once I can move off campus." After seeing so many people with dags, walking along the sidewalks, he'd decided long ago that, if he were to ever get a pet of his own, it'd be a dog. He was sure his brother felt the same way. The felt the same way about most things, after all. But it'd be a while yet before they could get a dog. They still had to save up the money to get a place. And they weren't allowed to move off campus until they were second years at least. But that would be fine. They could wait until then. Besides, they wouldn't have the money until about then any way, since Hiro liked to spend some every now and then and, well, so did he. They'd manage it, though, once their second year at the University began. Looking at the sky, and knowing that rain was likely on it's way, Kaito found himself looking at the silverette's painting. It'd be a shame if it got all wet and ruined. "Would you like to go inside or something? In case it does start to rain? I'd hate for your painting to be ruined by it." He smiled over at the girl. Usually, he probably wouldn't care about someones work of art. But this time, this time was different. He thought the painting was beautiful. |
