Minato has the same length of hair as his twin sister, Texia, does. Except his bangs are messy, and he pulls his hair into a small ponytail. His get into his face a lot and he's commonly found blowing up at them to get them out. He shares his eye color with Texia as well, although his eyes aren't childish and big like hers. (Or at least he likes to think they aren't).
His natural attire includes tan shorts and a simple dark yellow t shirt in the summer and spring. In the winter, he wears black cargo pants with a t shirt and a blue sweatshirt. He doesn't have much care for his appearance (as long as he looks decent), and sticks to plain sneakers for shoes. Mind that his sneakers make him seem about an inch taller, one of the reasons he likes wearing them.
Minato is pretty short for his age, but has a few good inches on his sister. He looks pretty thin, and isn't strong enough to make a show of it, but he has a good amount of strength to use if he needs to. He has what he considers "girl's" skin, and he hates it. He has no pimples, or anything, and has had his share of times with Texia saying she wished her skin was like his. He has a habit of walked with his hands behind his head in a laid back fashion.

Minato is your average trouble maker. He makes it his duty to be late to all classes, just to annoy the professors. He has an aloof personality and finds it funny to piss people off. He's made quite a few enemies in the past from his antics.
Along with his words, he also pulls tricks using various objects on people. He's a pranking expert and no one who meets him has ever left without getting some kind of trick pulled on them, except maybe his sister. (He says that it's no fun pranking her because "her reactions are too predictable" to him. However, he knows how much of an air head she can be and is worried about whether she'd actually get hurt or not.) If you manage to get to him seriously hate you, you will personally stalk you and make sure your life is a living hell.
Minato has a way of finding something funny with almost anyone, and makes his remarks known. While both he and his sister state their thoughts straight forwardly, his sister doesn't mean to be offending or rude, he does. To annoy people even more, he simply states he's being "honest". His sister often questions his actions, saying he would never make friends if he acted that way. He often just laughs at her without answering her question. This is because first, he knows she won't understand, and second, because he doesn't want her to start acting like him, causing her to have no friends.
While they are twins, Minato tries to distance himself from Texia as much as possible. He has a complex about being compared to her in any way, stating that "she is a little doll with the maturity of a five year old". He constantly picks on her when he does happen to see her, and causes her to get angry at him the most out of everyone she knows. He knows all of her weaknesses and her reactions to a T, so it's easy for him to get her mad. Despite this, he still care for her, and gets majorly pissed off if anything serious happens to her.

Even though his sister kept inside and sheltered, Minato rebelled against his parents. They tried to get him to be like his sister, but he saw how his sister was kept from the outside world and refused. This led to years and years of struggling on both sides, until his parents finally decided to focus their attention on Texia and let him be.
He grew away from his parents and life, and spent most of his time out in the town. His parent's rarely acknowledged him as their son, besides the fact he's allowed into the manor and has contact, although limited, with his sister. He at first, resented Texia for giving into their parents, and refused to meet her. But he witnessed her out in the hallway one day folding origami. When asked, she said that she was hiding from her History tutor, because she hated the subject. Minato decided to help her escape to his room, and they talked for awhile.
Since he rarely went to the manor aside from sleeping, Texia told him all about her life. In exchange, he shared with her his life. At the tim,e no one would have guessed they were related aside from their similar appearances. After this, Minato often took the chance to see her when she didn't have sessions, which she formed to fit her meetings with her brother. Their parents were away often, and were unaware of Minato's influence on Texia.
When it came time for them to go to college, Minato requested to go to Kingdom University, giving his parents the false reasons of "turning him into proper mannered person" because it was known for its "prestige and etiquette." It wasn't completely false, the school was prestige and all, but he had no intentions of becoming a well-mannered person. His real reason was first, because his sister was going there, and second because it sounded like fun.
