Ichijo straightened out his clothes, he was dressed in a blue tanktop, and black shorts. The fact that he had run home to change out of his uniform and had come here for ice cream. He wanted to hang out with Satoshi but the kid was busy again. It happened off and on lately, and now was one of those times so he had come here alone. The boy approached the counter, and picked out the ice cream he wanted, he almost got another one and realized he was alone. Maybe he was not used to being alone so it was weird to him. He would just call Satoshi later and check on him like he always did after the boy spent time iwth his family. Maybe it was him being overly caring he was not really sure about that.

His hand went to the choker with the cross like thing on as he thought about Satoshi. He was just waiting for the ice cream, as he handed the munny to the guy. He sighed and started to wander out the door. Something was off, maybe it was just him being tired, but as he licked the ice cream he took a look around before he pulled at his jacket only to realize he didn't have it this time. He would not even bother going home to get it, after all this was his time away from his house maybe even his time to himself. Not that he wanted time to himself, it gave him time to think about things.

Things he did not wish to think about, nor would he want to think about later either. They understood that, he would just have to snag Satoshi tomorrow, they were supposed to go to the park anyone. It was what they always did, well it was supposed to be today but it was switched to tomorrow thanks to family thingies. Which he completely understood, even if he did not like it. He yawned again, and just kinda rubbed his eyes. He was trying to focus again. The ice cream had melted a bit as it dripped onto the ground in front of him. He tried to finish off the ice cream licking the remains off of his fingers.

He was bored now, there was nothing he could do, without his friend and he was not smart enough now. He had left his book at home, when he should have brought it. He wondered if there was anyone out here. "So bored...why did Take-chan have to get dragged into family fun time...." He figured he would walk to the park then go home, it at least gave him something to do then didn't it.

There wasn't anything to do! A ten year old girl with short blonde hair was currently skipping around town. She was only browsing the area, not doing too much of anything besides a few "hellos" here and there to some of the other civilians. Lily tried to stay upbeat, however. She couldn't be depressed or sad over this! That would mean rotting her soul, and that was just never good. No, not good at all!

Adding some extra spring in her step, and starting to hum a song, her mood was beginning to get lighter and happier. Her humming soon turned into soft singing, and her unhappiness as the prospect that none of her friends could play was slowly wearing away.

"London bridge is falling down, falling down, falling down. London bridge is falling down, my fair lady," she sang. It only took her a few minutes to finish the song, and get through all the verses, but she simply re-sang the whole thing. It was quite fun, actually.

By the time she got to her fifth rerun of the first verse, she'd gone from Cresentwood, to the Town Square, then all the way to Just Desserts. A seemingly brighter smile came onto her face.

"It must be fate! Some ice cream is always fun, and delicious!" she exclaimed. Her skipping turning into running, Lily's dress started flapping in the breeze. Sure, it was the middle o October, and getting chilly, but ice cream was ice cream; yummy no matter what the weather. Giggling, she started to chant.

"Ice cream, ice cream, I scream for ice cream!" Of course, she didn't literally scream, but it was a popular chant, and catchy too. Still making her way there, her chant continued.

"Ice cream, ice cream, I scream for- Ichijo!" Her, now former, destination was completely erased form her mind. Thoughts of ice cream and cookies and whatever else Just Desserts happened to sell disappeared immediately. The minute the dark haired thirteen year old came into view, Lily switched courses. Sprinting as fast as she could, she was heading right for the unsuspecting boy. Flinging her arms around him, the momentum of her running allowed her to successfully tackle him to the ground. Giggling like mad, she smiled a huge smile.

"Hi Ichijo! How are you?"

Ichijo yawned, and rubbed his eyes again trying to make sure he didn't run into someone and end up getting hurt or hurting someone. He did have a habit of doing that even if he did not wish to do that to anyone, unless they were annoying him. Or they ended up hurting Take-Chan the kid he kept close to his heart. He had that feeling he was being watched again, it was not a good thing for him. He had to get away from that feeling before it started to scare him even more. He did not wish to worry about that thing, there was a girl stalking him probably. He had that happen at school to, he only knew that cause Satoshi always commented, or he found love notes from them. They were not older then him, so well he didn't take much thought to the notes. He just tossed them or put them in a box he had at home.

He would deal with the other ones later, and for now he would just go on and pretend that nothing happened or he had felt no one watching him. If there was someone watching him, whoever it was they would surface enough after all they always did. He just never ended up actually talking about it. He heard someone call his name, and that voice he did not wish to turn away sometimes things did not work out. 'That voice...no way...the one time I'm not with him...' He kept his balance when she tackled him, he was not so sure that was a good idea.

And well even then he did, she tackled him to the ground, he made sure she wasnt' hurt that was all that kinda mattered to him. There was only a few things that had happened, she was here now and he would never be able to get away from her now. "Hello Lillinette...fine just bored...why are you out here alone?" Not that he cared at all, there was nothing he could do about all of it.

Giggling, Lily knew she would be super happy today. Ichijo, her beloved Ichijo, was in the same place as her at generally the same time! It had to be some kind of fate, pulling the two together! the thought made the smile on her face seem almost permanent. Hopping up so she was standing, she leaned over so her hair was almost tickling Ichijo's face.

"That's good! Although you do know you can just call me Lily, like everyone else does. And why am I out here alone? Well, no one was available to play with me! I had nothing to do, until I decided to get some ice cream that is. But that was cut short, since I saw you, and here I am!" she explained. Lily stood upright again and held out her hand. "Get up and we can keep each other company. You're bored, I'm bored, it all matches up!"

If there was anyone she could chose, anyone at all, to cure her boredom, or just plain spend time with, it would be Ichijo. Not to be mean to Satoshi, but Lily was happy to see Ichijo at any time, even over the blonde eight year old. After the thirteen year old got up, the girl thought of what they'd do. Maybe the park? Or perhaps back to the Town Square? Or, maybe they could just walk and see where it took them. Oh! Lily's eyes brightened and she looked at Ichijo again.

"Hey, Ichijo, you wouldn't mind if we went to Just Desserts, would you? I really want that ice cream, and you should totally come with me!" she exclaimed.

(OOC: Lily doesn't know Ichijo already went to just Desserts)

He would not be rude, even though part of him just wanted to go home and wait till tomorrow came around, he did not wish to deal with other people. For some reason he only wanted to see Satoshi, he put his hand on his phone wondering if the boy was even going to call him. He let her cling as much as wanted to shove her away, if he did who knew what might happen. Though he couldnt' really wait till he got home, maybe it was just his mood. She knew he was not a talkative one, and she wouldn't try to make him talk would she. He really hoped she wouldn't since he was in no mood to talk now. It was just not that easy for him to do this kind of thing, but he would let her do what she wanted. Then he would go home and not have to worry about this at all. "Okay uh Lily..." He sighs is so not thinking she's getting to close to his face. The kid was keeping his cool, but he was better around guys not girls. So this was weird for him. He would not complain, the sooner she was gone was probably better.

He sighed and kinda got up, making sure he didn't trip or do something foolish again. He was not one for doing that, but sometimes it happened she had to know that, maybe she did that on purpose. He was not sure on that, nor did he want to think of that again. He sighed and figured he might as well deal with this. It would be over soon and that was all he was thinking about. He might as well get out of this place before it got worse, he knew things did not work out to well.

It was a bit off about all of this, she wanted him here and now it was just a bit complicated. How would he explain it, there was only so much he could say. "Uh sure I guess we can..." He did not say he had just gone there.

A huge grin spread across the little girl's face. Ichijo was such a kind person. As he stood up, Lily immediately latched onto his arm, a giddy, happy expression on her face. She laughed like a love-struck little girl-which was pretty accurate- and started to walk.

"Well, let's get there now!" she exclaimed. Making sure to hang onto the thirteen year old, Lily took off towards the restaurant. This was going to be so fun! Giggling, lily partially skipped, and partially walked back the way she came. Her original destination had been the dessert place, which was going to be fantastic! Yet, now she got to go with Ichijo, which made it super duper spectacular! Nothing could spoil her mood, not now.

On the way there, Lily contemplated her order. Should she get ice cream, or pastries? Which sounded better... While it wasn't really that warm out-but not cold either, mind you- ice cream was always good. It would be super yummy and was the least expensive. However, there was also the pastries to think about. What kind of kid didn't like sugar? And pastries, will all that frosting and cakey-ness, were sure loaded with it. However, they were also more expensive. Which also brought her to the problem of who was paying. She had some money with her, spare change really, although it was only enough for ice cream... So all of that debating for nothing! Huffing, Lily then remembered how being upset otted your soul. That perked her up right away. Turning towards Ichijo, a bright smile on her face, she said,

"When we get there, I can buy the ice cream myself! I'm not sure whether I have enough for two, but if I don't, I'll gladly buy you one instead!"

He did not really want to go back, but he would go back to maybe humor her, or just to be nice. She was his friend after all, there was no way for him to be rude about that. Plus he had been told by Satoshi he was to be nice to her, even if maybe he felt like there was something she wanted that she wouldn't get from him. He only seemed to think of one person that way. She had latched onto his arm, as much as he wanted to kinda shove her away he didn't. He let her cling, and just sighed walking with her. The sooner he made her happier the sooner he could go home or bug Satoshi whichever ended up happening. He somehow knew she wasn't about to let him go anytime soon. So well of course he had to put up with this, sometimes things just happened. It was much much better to just let this go again, before he did something stupid. He would let her have her way, do as she pleased as long as Satoshi didn't see. That was all he was concerned about she wanted to make sure that nothing happened, and of course that she was also happy before he left just as being a friend maybe.

He sighed and tried to focus yet again, it was not working out that well he was trying so hard to keep his cool. Maybe he had just become stressed with life but he would never take it out on someone who didn't deserve it. He was talking in a sense as if he knew what he was talking about. Maybe cause he wanted to think like this, there was only so much he could have said. Or well would have said again right, it did not end up working out as well as it had before. He dug into his pocket, he had some leftover money with him. The stuff he actually saved was at home and that was to get something. He wanted to talk about that with Satoshi first, but he didnt' know if that was a good idea anymore.

"Well if there is something you want get it....I don't mind paying...." Though he had just thought he would have gone home, but so much for that. It barely happened, so he would just put up with this.

Lily smiled as they walked to Just Desserts. This was so much fun! Ichijo was always so nice and thoughtful and cool and awesome and amazing, he was perfect! Or... no. He of course was human, so he did have some faults, but overall, he was just an almost perfect person. And that was an accomplishment in itself right? Since being almost perfect is pretty hard, to even have perfect used to describe you, no matter what other words were there as well was difficult too. But Ichijo pulled it off with grace and made it look so easy. But that was just him. And Ichijo was just simply...Ichijo. To her, that was enough of an explanation.

As the thirteen year old started to dig through his pockets, Lily was tempted to grab his hand and stop him. But she didn't, because, well wouldn't it be a bit rude? And she would never want to be rude in front of Ichijo! When he started talking about paying himself, however, she couldn't help it.

"No! I don't feel good letting you pay for me! I definitely have enough to pay for myself, and I'll make sure to get the least expensive one so I have enough for you too! No questions." Her speech was followed by a determined look. It was her who requested they go, and while she understood Ichijo was kind and looking out for her, it didn't seem right to let him do that. So he wouldn't and that was final!

Ichijo didn't mind going back to this place again, though he wanted to do something as well not that he would. He would not be mean that was for sure, he was just not exactly ready for all of this was he. Maybe he was just doing this to be nice to her he didn't understand that himself and for as far as he was concerned he didn't wish to understand such a thing. It would be much easier if he didn't, he would just deal with the problems later. Not like Ichijo's crush/friend Satoshi would be wandering around now he was supposed to be busy doing something wasnt' he. He would not tell him about this, or maybe he would at least mention it. Not that this meant anything, he was not into her like she probably wanted him to be he was sure of that. Not that she would believe him, she never really did. It was a way of life and had always been for so long. Maybe this was not such a good idea, he probably should have just run away it would have been better if he had.

But he would humor her for awhile and let her do as she pleased, she would at least be happy about that as she always was. He didn't mind at all, though he did want to go somewhere away from all of this. It would have been for the best if he had done such a thing. Just sneak away and run away from her, maybe she would never notice or she'd get distracted. But that would be rude and he didn't wish to be that way to anyone, not her or anyone else. He was being nice, but she stopped him from saying anything more. It was like she didn't want him paying anymore or at all, maybe he would humor her. But that wasn't right, he would at least try to pay and sneak the money to the person then just gives her back to her. "Um...but it's the man's job....If you really want to pay though...I suppose I can't deny you that..." He was being nice at the least about that as well.

"Uh....okay..." she was a forceful girl when she wanted to be he was sure of that, there was nothing that was gonna end up happening. It was easy to work all of this out and yet things happened.
