House	¥420	You have the option of having a two-story or one-story house. It's big enough so that several people can live together. 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen,laundry room, dining room, large living room, and a medium-sized backyard.

Professors can either live in an apartment for free [the school plays for it] or the school can pay half the price of a Flat and the Professor can make up the difference [in other words they would pay 160munny].

Also, if you have a roommate you guys can split the cost of the housing. So, for example, if you guys wanted a Flat then you each would pay 190munny.

1st Year students must live in dorms, they cannot live off campus.
Upper-classmen are allowed to live off campus

Home Description: The near immaculate two bedroom flat belongs solely to Akira Katsu Saito. The whole flat has a very open layout and is very much like a loft. The entryway leads straight into the main living space which consists of a living area, dining area, and kitchen. The half-bath and the bedroom is off of the living area. The laundry room is next to the half-bath. The master suit is elevated like a loft with the bedroom open to the rest of the house.

Home Description: The living and dining rooms are both painted a navy blue. The furniture and cabinets and all some what contrast, seeing as they are mostly whites or very light greys. In the living room, the grey sofa and the couple chairs it has in their that match are against the wall, with a table that can be moved into the center right by the sofa, but it too is usually against the wall. On the opposite side from the seating, there's a fairly new 3-D TV, with a Wii and a PS3 hooked up to it since Hild likes her video games. The walls in these areas are barren, and everything seems unusually neat for someone that experiments with stuff and works with chemicals all day. Though the most noticeable thing is that the dark grey rug in the living room sits roughly two inches higher than one would expect, this being because there's a mat to cushion against any falls... or someone being thrown.

The extra bedroom is white and left alone for whoever eventually stays there to do with as they wish, granted once her house is done she plans on moving out. Her room on the other hand looks completely different from the main room. There is a wooden desk, bed, dresser and table in the room. Though, the walls have several types of martial arts weapons and bows, and the table even has a few as well. There is only one picture in the room that sits on the desk, which is of her family, though, often it's positioned so that if one is sitting it's hard to see it. The rooms color however, makes it seem as if it were made of some sort of light colored wood instead of drywall and such.

Home Description:The apartment has several pictures of him playing basketball and a framed copy of his degree. There is nothing of note in the bathroom.

Home Description:

Skell's apartment is floored with warm, mahogany wood, all except for the bedrooms which are floored with soft, cream carpet. A rather large Persian rug lies in the center of the living room, where a love-seat and armchair, and a dark wood coffee table lie around and on. The walls are a soft cream color to allow the place to appear more welcoming. Trimming is all in white, as is the ceiling and the kitchen countertops. Paintings that she's painted of people are few, but she stores many in a closet and rotates them out as she pleases. She's sure to try and keep the place clean in case of an unexpected guest. In the living room there is also a flatscreen television, but she tries to keep herself otherwise occupied.

Skell's room follows a similar color scheme, with dark wood and red walls, but her bed and curtains are a pristine white. The other bedroom is a blank canvas, completely white, to allow for whoever chooses to move in with her the freedom to do as they please.

Home Description: The apartment is strewn with antiques, which Marulus condition, even as usable furniture. Immediately, upon opening the door, there is a coat rack and umbrella stand. From the entrance, one can walk straight into the living room, in which is an antique book shelf lined with rows of books on the Victorian Era and Chemistry. On the top of the shelf is are 4 tarnished pocket watches in glass display cases. There is a modern 3 seat sofa bright red upholstery set up in front of a tv stand with an LCD tv on it that has a DVD player hooked up to it. Branching off from the living room are Marulus' bedroom, the currently unoccupied bedroom, and the kitchen. From the kitchen branches off the balcony. Marulus bedroom features a queen side canopy bed with a night stand, and a dresser. The kitchen features a stove, a sink, an oven, and a microwave with a full set of kitchen knives next to the stove and wide array of pans hanging above it.

Home Description: The small apartment is nothing fancy. It just has the basics, a small couch that is some kind of sea foam green color, the walls are a light beige off white type color as most people would imagine. The bathroom and bedroom are nothing fancy. She has a simple queen sized bed with a blue comforter on top of it with some pillows, a night stand with a lamp and a bookshelf in the corner. In the living room type area in the corner is a desk for her to do all her paper work that may migrate from the college home with her. A small coffee table sits in front of the couch. There is a small tv in the corner that is rarely used...it still has dials...but it works. There is a cats bed and litter in the area by the kitchen.

Home Description: This two story house when you first walk in actually is very open, with an entrance area, with wide open entrances into the Living room which has two tvs, a computer (actually hooked up to a third tv and a monitor), and plenty of room for sitting. Across from that is the Dining room with a similar wide entrance way that easily fits three people through it, which has another entrance that leads into the kitchen. The only two rooms on the first floor with doors are the laundry room, and a bathroom, the last room is designed more a s a porch leading to the back yard, and furniture that can easily be moved between inside and out.

The second floor is where all the bedrooms and the remaining one and a half bathrooms are. The stairs are in the kitchen, to which when you go up, there is a turn that leads to the hallway for the rooms. The first two bedrooms are there, readily available for use. The third is on the left hand side, and the other half bathroom is across from that. At the end is what would best be described as a master bedroom, with a large bed, all the furniture one would need in a bedroom, and another tv and computer, as well as a full bathroom through a door next to the open closet. The master bedroom is also the one place in the house (unless you count that there are multiple tvs in the living room and all) that one can tell someone who comes from money actually lives here.. it otherwise is rather plain and looks like any other house. It's always kept neat, even the basement which is used as a work area and for storage. It does actually have a garage on the driveway for cars to pull in ad his bikes so they don't get wet in the rain.

Home Description: Lavishly decorated, the place is fully furnished with modern styles present with lots of steel appliances and black furniture. The walls are painted a dark grey color with a dark faux wood floor present throughout the apartment. The two bedrooms are across the hall from each other, one is easily distinguishable as a child's room with posters of bands and Glee. There is a large screen television in the living room. The apartment is heavily decorated with paintings, lush silk sheets and other expensive items...how she can afford this is questionable. She has a walk in closet in the master bedroom filled with clothes...and boots.

Home Description: Marluxia's apartment is as close to a living jungle as he could make it. He's got potted plants everywhere he could possibly put them. The walls and furniture are all a shade of green, the walls generally lighter than furniture. Several pictures of nature that he's taken himself from around the world also hang along the walls. He spends about an hour tending to all his plants everyday and puts them before everything else (even grading paper). While pollen litters his floors in the spring time, it doesn't really matter to Marluxia as he has wooden floors throughout his apartment, so it's easy to sweep onto the balcony. The balcony also has several plants growing, most bigger than his indoor ones.
