Namine is a very innocent looking girl. She has medium length platinum blonde hair that has choppy looking ends. She usually has it pulled over her right shoulder. Her bangs are basically three locks: two near her eyes and one between them. She has sky blue eyes, and a round-ish face. Her skin is somewhat pale, but not ghostly white.
Her clothes are usually light and with soft colors, like mint green, pink, sky blue etc. Sundresses , skirts, and tank tops with sweaters are her usual spring/summer attire. In winter and fall, she'd be in jeans and a shirt with a sweater, and only in a winter jacket if it snowed. he doesn't like putting too many layers on, only when necessary.

Namine is incredibly shy. She isn't one for a conversation, and would rather be by herself than in a group of others. However, she'll enjoy the company of one or two close friends at times. She's an awkward conversationalist, and often gets flustered easily when talking in a long conversation. When this happens, she'll often seemingly rudely drop the talk and stay silent. Although depending on who it's with, she'll end up feeling guilty and frustrated. This would play into her dislike of talking.
Her speech skills aside, Namine is really a friendly person. She's not someone who's comfortable with going up to new people, but if she's approached first and feels the person is friendly, she's willing to have a small chat. She's someone who fits the role of a shoulder to cry on, but she'd most likely not do much verbal comforting, as one would normally expect. She has a neutral attitude, and usually doesn't like making judgments until she knows about both sides of the story. Very rarely will she make quick judgements, or judgements based on what other people say.
Another important trait she has is her prone to guiltiness. When she does something wrong or feels something is her fault, she tends to beat herself up in her mind. When this happens, her thoughts usually project the problem to be worse than it really is, which doesn't help her too much. To get out of it, she needs to reach a conclusion herself (unlikely yet possible), someone has to snap her out of it (likely someone who knows her), or the said person whom she feels guilt over must talk (most likely).
Namine also happens to be bi. She likes both girls and boys, although she doesn't make it to obvious (like Tore-N >.>). She won't straight out say her sexuality, others find out by being around her enough. Otherwise, a lot of people just tend to assume she's straight. As for affections, she doesn't show them too much, maybe a blush here or there and some stuttering on her part, but nothing serious. She's currently not looking for a relationship, but if the right person comes along, something can happen.

Namine had a very common, normal childhood. It was also very mediocre. She wasn't rich, nor was she poor. And her parents didn't shower her with affection, but didn't neglect her either. They were both international business dealers, so they weren't home all the time. At first, Namine stayed with relatives, but eventually, she stayed at her house alone.
This produced her shyness. She was almost always by herself, and didn't go out of her way to get out and meet people. Besides her parents, she didn't have many people close to her either. Also, while she did go to school, she was known as "the quiet girl" most often, and no one bothered her. So basically, she wasn't too social, nor was she used to people approaching her by themselves.
On the subject of her parents, while they weren't home often, they wrote emails and sent letters to Namine, and it was good enough. Namine was absolutely fine with her parents' constant travelling, and simply cherished the time she did see them. They sent her all kinds of souvenirs and she enjoyed reading their letters/emails. It was a good enough relationship between all of them, and so Namine never felt unloved or depressed. Only sometimes did she feel lonely, and at these times, she would simply call her cousin, Kairi.
With all of the spare time she had, Namine had lots of time to build up her artistic talent. She's an excellent artist, and spent most of her time drawing her yard and usually landscapes. A talent for finding ways to entertain herself also developed over this time. When she turned 19, she decided to go to college as an Art major, but told her parents about it first, of course. They offered to pay for her to go, yet she declined. She wanted to get into college on her own with a scholarship, and did just that. With her talent in drawing, it's no surprise she was accepted. She's very excited for her first year, except a little nervous since there will be so many students there as well.
