Cissnei is rather thin, though not to the extent it's unattractive. She isn't terribly tall, average height most would say. She has medium length reddish brown hair, though depending on the lighting really determines what color it is. Some people think it's more of a brown while others think it's more orange, she doesn't really care either way; it's just hair to her.
She keeps herself looking as well as she can, she doesn't like to just venture out without make up or anything of the like. Her clothes are always well kept and tidy. She doesn't just like to wear anything that fits, she can be a bit of a prude about her clothes at times. She generally keeps her hair down around her shoulders as well. She keeps her bangs short and she doesn't like her hair in her eyes, her visions bad enough without having to deal with her hair in her face.

Generally she is a bit soft spoken and doesn't like to talk over people. She won't talk when she isn't supposed to, and she respects everything she puts time into, even if it's not her favorite topic. She likes martial arts, but she doesn't like just fighting and violence for no reason. She tends to stray away from Drama and turn her attention to something more important, like her studies.
If it came down to it, she would fight, but only of either harassed into it, or just snapping at someone for their ignorance. She has a lot of patience for those who wish to try to get her to fight, but she generally will not. Some try to start things just because she knows martial arts, others try because she's a pretty girl who sometimes carries herself like she thinks you are beneath her, and on occasion she really does think that.
She overall can be very friendly, almost childishly innocent sometimes, but you have to get rather close to her to be able to find that much out. That's not to say she's hard to get close to or unfriendly, but she can be pretty shy sometimes and she often blends into the background it seems.

Cissnei was born to a new family, and was their pride and joy. She was their only child, and she was a bit hard for them to come by at first, though they were so thankful to have her. She would also be the only child they would ever end up being able to have. As she grew, her parents lived a good ways away from her only living grandparents, and the young family decided it was a good time to take a trip to see them. IT had almost been a year since they had gotten to see baby Cissnei anyhow, and it seemed as good a time as any.
Though, one the trip to them, a drunk driver ran through the median and t-boned the young family, sending them spinning into a rail at 70 miles an hour. The family all perished, save for baby Cissnei. She was then sent to live with her grandparents, and she was none the wiser growing up. She knew of her family, but the idea of tthem always made her grandparents sad, and she knew she was just better not to ask. Don’t ask, don’t tell sorta relationship, just less military like and less homosexual.
By the time she was a young child, she knew how to entertain herself, was learning how to defend herself and she enjoyed karate. She didn’t enjoy violence, but self-defense was something else, and she knew that. Self-defense became a good thing to know because eventually she became a target of bullying. No teachers, principals or anyone else did until she had a large fight with a few other kids and got herself into trouble, and confessed to the fact bullying had happened to her, and she was able to get some kids called out and punished for what they had done. She learned from a young age that someone had to do something about problems like that, and she knew she wasn’t strong enough to be a cop, but she had to do something.
By the time she was in highschool, she knew what she wanted to do. She started looking into it, and it became more and more clear she was meant to be, not in law enforcement, but in law. She would be a lawyer. She graduated towards the top of her class, and she applied to the university close to home, the Kingdom University and she got in. Her grandparents paid for the school out of pocket, and she is currently studying history and plans to move on after that.
