Adiona is of a slim build with long blonde hair which she either ties into pigtails atop her head, or lets it just hang loosely down her back. Her eyes are a light brown but she occassionally wears blue contacts if she has a modelling, acting or singing job. Adiona doesn't wear too much make up just mascara, a touch of blush and red lipstick. On some days she won't apply any make up it depends on what classes she has that day. Her attire through the school hours is usually something comfortable like dark blue jeans and a low cut thin strapped pink top. If not wearing jeans Adiona will wear a denim skirt and a strapless red top. Her shoes are either white trainers or black sandles.
On a night out or out with her boyfriend to a movie or the mall, Adiona will dress up in either a short black dress with black stockings and black heels or perhaps a slender red dress along with her matching red heels. Adiona likes her fashion and has a wide variety of clothes but she tends to stick to her favourite outfits unless her acting classes dictate something different. To finish off her outfits Adiona always wears a silver pendant which inside she has two small photographs of herself and her boyfriend. She also wears a silver thumb ring along with a silver charm bracelet.
Her measurements are 30(C)-20-28" so Adiona is a relatively petite young woman..

From a young age Adiona was always a happy child and always with a smile on her face, this didn't change too much throughout her childhood and high school years. When puberty did hit Adiona's emotions went a tad haywire and she began to get over emotional about the smallest things, she could be considered hyper active one moment and then the next in tears. This did calm down but Adiona still finds it difficult to manage her emotions well, she is still 90% of the time a happy young woman with a optimistic attitude. It usually takes something quite important or big to her that will bring her feelings and emotions down.
When with her boyfriend Adiona is always in a happy go lucky frame of mind, even when she is down at times he brings her back onto her feet and back to her optimistic nature. Other students or adults if Adiona doesn't know them will go out of her way to make them feel welcome and comfortable, if they are aggressive or bad natured towards her then Adiona may either shy away or give as good as she gets depending on the nature of the situation.

Adiona Duer was born on the 12th March 1993 to her married parents Michael and Lucy Duer in the city of Radiant Garden. From a very young age Adiona showed an interest in the arts such as music and acting. Her mother Lucy always used to tell the same old story to her friends and even Adiona's, that when she was just a young tot she would pull herself up to the television when a certain song came on and began to dance to it. Her mother became the typical overbearing and pushy parent once she noticed that her daughter had a talent for the arts, her father however was the complete opposite and would occassionally let Adiona skip a class or two so he could treat her out for some father daughter quality time. Of course once her mother found out Adiona had to work extra hard and take an extra class a week to catch up, she learnt to almost hate her mother for the way she was but loved her all the same. Adiona's life right from being a youngster to even present day has been totally focused on the arts but more specifically singing and acting, writing was never a big strong point of hers but she still enjoys dabbling in writing a short story or two. Through her school days Adiona was quite the social butterfly thanks to the acting classes which gave her an amazing amount of confidence, she found it easy to mingle and chat to people she didn't know. This carried on all the way up to high school.
Once Adiona hit high school her acting and singing bug went into overdrive, there were so many more opportunities to take part in plays and musicals. She still took her classes after school but they became less and less as she took up the after school classes instead of the private ones. Her mother wasn't too happy at her giving up her private lessons for school ones, but she allowed it seeing as Adiona was still taking classes in the arts. Adiona's interests began to expand from the arts towards fashion, shopping and boys, her friends of course had a small part to play in that. It was at the age of 14 when Adiona met her boyfriend Hao. They attended the same school but it seemed their social circles didn't mix which is why it wasn't until later did they cross paths.
The end of high school drew closer and it was now decisions on her future had to be made, her mother had told her of a university that dealt in just the arts but she would have to live away from Radiant Garden. This was an option Adiona was not prepared to make, her head told her to go but her heart urged her to stay close to Hao. He had already been accepted into the university at Radiant Garden on a scholarship and Adiona had the same opportunity to enter on a scholarship pertaining to the arts. After a long discussion with Hao she made her decision to attend the same university to study the arts and be with him, her mother was quite displeased at her decision and blamed Hao for leading her daughter partly astray. Adiona's father was as usual the complete opposite and praised his daughter for having a bit of backbone and having more interests than just her studies.
So now Adiona attends the university happy at her final decision regarding her future along with Hao to keep her feet firmly planted on the ground.

As the summoner let out a quiet breath she could feel Buddy following behind her, it was that sort of feeling you got every so often as though eyes were on you when your back was turned. The lightning was fierce today Adiona thought....a good day as any to continue the pilgrimage. Enough time had been lost waiting about for her old guardian. Anger and rage boiled just under the surface of the summoner, by now they could have gotten to Macalania and she could by now be praying to the fayth to recieve Shiva. Adiona's face twisted into a glare as she continued to walk out onto the Thunder Plains. Rain accompanied the thunder. It bothered her not as the rain droplets fell onto her head running down her hair to hang just lightly before falling onto her body or the ground. Her eyes glanced to her hair as the rain fell....right then Adiona decided it was time to shake off this look. All her life she had kept herself covered and kept her white hair as a mark of respect to her deceased parents. Why change what you were born with? A chuckle did escape her mouth as she thought of it like that, she was no longer a child but a woman and it was time to start acting like it. Adiona shook her head to release more rain drops from her head, it was then her eyes fell upon a large male she assumed in metal armour. Crazy attire for walking around the Thunder Plains but hey who was she to judge someone for the way they looked. As the strange man spoke his accent and voice were not one she recognised from Spira, not that people couldn't travel to the different continents but it was rare to see many from outside of Spira here when Sin was around. Really Adiona didn't have time for this but as a summoner she did have to make a good impression. Smiling she made the sign of Yevon before responding to him.
"Good day stranger. I would advise you only set foot in Guadosalam if you have to....it seems the Guado are not as welcoming and friendly as they make out. As for Luca the last I was there we were attacked by fiends....whether or not they have recovered from that attack I don't know."
That seemed so long ago...Luca...where Buddy had first graced her presence. The young summoner was happy he had for if he had not she would be truly alone at this moment in time and that was something at the moment she couldn't allow to happen. At the end of the day she needed at least one guardian to help her get to Zanarkand so she could call the final aeon....and when she fell to the ground dead she would need someone to carry on her story to those in Spira.
Adiona's face twisted again but into grimace just thinking about what she was walking towards....her death. She was killing herself for thousands. Yes she wanted to defeat Sin but Adiona didn't want to die for it, the option to give up her pilgrimage was there but...to give up all this power that she would obtain was something she wouldn't do. To have all the aeons at her beck and call...to have them act out her will....to destroy and kill.
Lady Adiona shook her head as she looked back to Buddy with a smile, she had to keep up the false pretence she was anything but the bubbly happy go lucky summoner he had met in Luca. Adiona held out her hand for him as she turned her head back to the stranger on the Thunder Plains.
"Allow me to introduce myself...I am Lady Summoner Adiona and this is my lone silent guardian Buddy. We are on our way to Macalania Temple."
