Sentenza's most notable feature is his hair, which is shockingly black, beyond raven or jet. It's arranged so that it's spiked backwards in jagged messy spikes. His eyes that are somewhere between eastern and western in shape are blue, though the exact shade depends on the lighting he's in. In darker the environment, the lighter his eyes are, while the lighter the environment, the darker his eyes become. Sentenza has an athletic build, with lean muscle coating his limbs, abdomen, and chest. His skin is very fair, though not sickly looking. Sentenza usually dresses in a white un-tucked collared shirt, a black sports jacket (though it actually looks lighter than his hair), black pants, and black shoes. Sentenza usually has a silver ring on his left pink thats chased to resemble a phoenix and has a tiny ruby inset for the eye. He also wears an analog watch with roman numerals on the face on his left wrist.

Sentenza is hard to pin down unless you know him well enough. This mostly stems from the fact that most of the time he seems completely cool headed and emotionless, unless he's feeling one emotion incredibly strongly, he doesn't show it at all. Sentenza tends to keep himself isolated from other people, and doesn't interact beyond a few close friends and when it's necessary. The few friends he does have, Sentenza cares very deeply about, and would do anything to defend them, regardless of whether they need it or not. Sentenza is terribly afraid of losing any bonds he may have with others.

Sentenza's not all seriousness though. Sentenza enjoys listening to almost any kind of music other than rap, black metal, and death metal. Sentenza in generally calm and well mannered, though is a man of few words, and those words can occasionally be too blunt. Sentenza hates violence when it boils down to things, and would rather resolve an issue nonviolently, simply through an intimidating stare than have to resolve it physically. Sentenza also isn't to fond of alcohol, and while he will have the occasional drink now and then, he finds that it dulls the senses and makes fools of people, though he won't stop someone else from drinking unless he knows they have a serious problem with alcohol.

Sentenza didn't have a horrible home life, in fact his parents were relatively good people, just living in a bad apartment in the poor part of town. His mother was a first generation immigrant from Japan, while his father was mostly Italian, but had a Japanese surname from a marriage generations and generations in the past. Sentenza was notably tough on his street, but only ever fought of necessity for someone else's sake. He never fought for personal reasons, especially not just credit. Sentenza always fought for the sake of those that couldn't fight for themselves, and most bullies were absolutely terrified of him.

Sentenza was little bit of a legend by the time he reached middle school, "The Black Knight", he was called because of his hair and somewhat chivalrous behavior, though his defense extended to most people that could've used a hand, Sentenza never really made any friends though. Sentenza tended to be on his own, as he is now. It was late during 8th grade that he took up Kendo though, finding it a good practice and good for concentration. This only gave his title more reputation, because now he could use a sword. Sentenza still loves the sport to this day.

High school wasn't much different other than the fact that his father started drinking. He didn't become abusive, but Sentenza had to bring his dad home from bars several nights. Sentenza arrived at KU because his parent scrapped together enough money, and he got a scholarship. This made his parents proud to have their son going to such a prestigious school in spite of their home situation. Sentenza's first year wasn't the best. He frequently had to knock away pompous rich kids who couldn't accept his background, and frequently sent them to the infirmary.
