He doesn’t do big and intimidating well, since he only just barely reaches 5’8” (Hild kids he shouldn’t bother adding the extra inch, since she’s still taller). Like his cousin, he was born with white hair and a rather unusual eye color, though his are light green. Typically he wears jeans and a short sleeved shirt of some kind. However, seen just as much is a slightly more formal appearance wearing a bit of a jacket and a long sleeve shirt, though he says he wears it cause he thinks he looks cool in it. He almost always wears sneakers or some other shoe he can run in, and first thing the weather is nice enough, he switches to shorts.

Given the nature of his current job, theirs really two personalities, the more or less real one, and the one he shows that is more what he used to be like as a kid. The one he openly shows in public is to say the least a trouble maker. He’s not directly outgoing, meaning he’ll talk to someone if they talk to him or speak up in class or come in with a comment, but otherwise keeps to himself. He is however rather energetic, shown by such acts as Running down the halls (usually pursued by someone), climbing trees, climbing the school walls, sneaking around inside the ceiling tiles, and showing off if the opportunity presents itself. As for what kind of mischief, it ranges from trying to look at girls to switching things in Hild’s lab.
Then there’s the one that would stick out in a bad way in the school, in that he’s usually rather serious, and somewhat secretive. He doesn’t act anywhere near as energetic and goofy, nor does he cause much in the way in problems, not a total stick in the mud, but well, you can tell he’s a cop for the most part.

Siblings:[/color] Birth sister, deceased. Technically, Hild’s his cousin, but ever since he was 6, they’ve refered to one another as brother and sister. Has a sister through the family that adopted him briefly that attends KU.

Rune’s name by birth was Rune Veliospirus Victoria, his father choosing when they were married to take on his wife’s name, since as he said “He’d never curse his children to live with the name Dinkleberg”. His name didn’t fit too well, unless said along with his middle name, but he dealt with it. He looked up most to his older sister who was roughly Hild’s age, and the two almost always let him play with them. Though, there weren’t too many years of it, since when he was 6, he and his family were in a car on a trip out on vacation, and were hit by a drunk driver that sped off. The stretch of road wasn’t widely used, which is why it took two days for someone to notice the car and call it in. His parents had been killed on impact, and while he hadn’t realized it, sometime in the night before they were found his sister passed, leaving him alone in the hospital in rough shape. Though, he was convinced his sister had come in with him, and started shouting they were lying when they said she had died before they even got there.
Hild and his aunt and uncle came to visit him, though, he didn’t really say much to anyone but Hild, all involved slightly concerned that his reasoning was “Sis says I should at least talk to her”. Whether he was really communicating with his sisters ghost or was simply a child trying to cope with what he experienced, his aunt and uncle gave in to the recommendation that he live with a set of parents that would be better able to handle him and not potentially make the problem worse. Truthfully, it was probably the worst thing they could have done. They treated him like he was some odd being, though treated him more human in front of the family. The boy wanted the attention he was used to getting from the rather close family he had been with, and because he couldn’t get it normally, the brilliant and creative mind turned to other means, stealing, vandalism, that sort of stuff. His adopted parents had had enough of dealing with him by age 17, and only his adoptive sister who was a year older, and Hild, who by that time had lost her family, came to argue for him for his latest trip to the court house. Hild and his adoptive sister told the judge maybe that even though he was a couple months shy of being 18, the time it would take for training and all he would be 8, and that he should have to serve as an officer for a year, to get an idea just what kind of trouble he was causing. The judge agreed and Rune initially balked at it till right in the middle of the courtroom Hild punched him in the face and told him to stop wasting his life and potential. HE had been kicked out of the dojo where he had been learning ninjutsu, his uncle no longer taught him how to use rifles and all, and he was looking at spending time in jail away from the only two people he had left to care about and that cared about him.
By that point Hild had stormed out of the courtroom and his adoptive sister went to go try and clam her down, though, it was exactly what Rune had needed. After that point he actually cleaned up his act and chose to stay on the police force. He was well aware that she had been sent elsewhere because someone had taken a shot at her, and when he heard it had happened again, he requested a transfer. Last year all the red tape got cleared up, and while he is using his families money (His family was just as well off as Hild’s), and is actually going to school for real (at Hild and his adoptive sister’s request), he is still considered an active police officer. HE took on the last name Ravencroft since A: it helped with the cover story and B: being a guy with the last name Victoria had been a nightmare. He doesn’t carry weapons, save for a baton (think Reno and Rudes form advent children), and does actually carry his badge in his wallet. And while he is there for school, heis job and main reason for being there is to keep Hild safe. Though, Hild has stated before she’s not thrilled that he’s sunk into some old bad habits, even if it is supposed to be part of his cover. Though, there is one thing they both agree on. They both came from families that hugged a lot and all, and the fact that they were once seen with Hild resting against a tree with her arms around Rune, and Rune was resting with his head against her chest, and the fact that people took that and the fact they hugged and all to mean they had some incestuous relationship really grinds there nerves. Though, he also learned that shouting that Hild was “ A (several things that deal with being a lesbian) lesbian” in the middle of the lunchroom at a bunch of people (and well the rest of the lunchroom could hear), who were giving him crap on the subject of him and Hild having a non existent incestuous relationship was not a good way to dispel it… at least with Hild in earshot. Non of what he said was truly offensive, least not to her, but that didn’t stop her form hurling a tray across the room that him in the head and knocked him out cold for 30 minutes. For the most part the rumor seems to have died down, but he’s hoping his second year will be much more peaceful.
