Summary:
Standing 5’10” feet tall and weighing 140 pounds, Hiro has a slightly pale complexion. He is fairly athletic due to the fact that he usually swims quite a few times during the week. His hair is orange and he wears it slightly messy and spiky and he usually parts it to the left or right depending on what his brother chose so as to maintain an illusion among their classmates. As for his garments, it’s usually the uniform identical to his brother.
When out of school or just wants to wear something a little less casual so as to be a lot more comfortable, he wears loose orange pants or trousers, a blue sleeveless shirt over a black tank top which is over a clear blue tank top. The part of the clear blue tank top that usually is above the shoulder, is let loose and usually hangs around the middle of his bicep. He usually wears a pair of black converse, like his brother.
Hiro isn't one to dress formaly, but when he needs to, for example, for the prom or a wedding, he wears a black suit, black suit pants and a pair of polished black shoes. The shirt is usually either of a clear pink, almost white, or just plain white. As for the tie, he wears a navy blue one when wearing the clear pink shirt, or a black one when going for the plain white shirt. On a side note, he never uses the white shirt if his brother uses it.
As far as acessories go, he was never one to acessorize, keeping it simple and going with what his brother goes so as to maintain the confusion. He wears a brown messenger bag and usually keeps the objects he might need inside of it, such as his Ipod, his headset, his phone and quite a few prank related objects so that should an opportunity present itself, he's ready and able to take advantage of it.

Personality:
To start off, there is a single word that can describe Hiro perfectly… Mischief. He is a cunning little brat that seems to have been raised to only think about the best way to prank people, or the best prank to pull when the opportunity presents itself. This normally gets him in trouble, which he is kind of used to so he just smiles like an idiot and lets things run their course. He’s laid back like that and usually isn’t one to make a fuss, but he will however snap back at his brother if he so much as thinks of saying “I told you so…”, he just hates that phrase and will always get pissed off if his brother says it.
People know almost every time when Hiro is up to no good… His calm and charming smile turning into a very mischievous one and if he grew horns and a tail, he would definitely be confused for a demon.
He’s a bit of an idiot, only using his cunning intellect for trivial and useless things, his mind wandering constantly during classes, pondering on a way to prank the teacher, or a good pick up line for the pretty girl sitting in front of beside him, thus he isn’t really there which kind of makes his grade drop like a rock thrown at a lake. He often manipulates his brother into helping him study for the tests and eventually gets a grade that’ll let him barely pass.
Despite being an idiot, he’s quite a gentle soul, though he tends to hide that among the piles of schemes and pranks, always there when his friends or his brother need him and will move mountains to help them if he has to. He always believed in that, “you mess with them, you mess with me”, kind of philosophy, always standing up for his own, which really got him into a lot of trouble quite a few times, but hey, he’s already use to it so no big deal.
It’s a shame most girls don’t dig a little deeper because of what they know of him… They would probably find something that they would really like.
Hiro, unlike his sibling, is usually tagged as the class clown, always with a comeback and just making sure everyone has a good time during the boring and repeatetive classes. He tries to drag his brother along for the ride, but sometimes he just flies solo so that at least one of them is paying attention to what the teachers say, because if his brother didn't, then who would help him study for the test?
The two of them are almost always seen together, their "world" consisting of them and their other half. They let people in if they pass the test and are able to tell them apart, otherwise the trust they have with each other won't be extended to the newcomer.

Mother: Kaname Matsumoto
Father: Sosuke Matsumoto
Siblings: Kaito Ichigo "Ichi" Matsumoto
History:
Our father was a Fashion Designer born in Radiant Garden. He spent much of his time in his office at home, working on sketches and going over papers. Our mother managed one of the fashion companies in Radiant Garden. Unlike our father, our mother wasn't home very much. She worked long hours at her business's office. They both worked really hard.
One day, our father was handing in a new set of designs and our mother happened to be there talking to his boss. That's when they talked for the first time. After that, she moved in with him and they got married. It was long after that they decided they wanted children.
And so, we were born. Twins. Hiro Kotaro Matsumoto, me, and Kaito Ichigo Matsumoto, my younger brother.
We spent all of our time together. We grew up never having to be apart from one another. We grew to be somewhat co-dependant on each other. And we were fine with that.
All through grade school we refused to accept anyone into our 'world' if they could tell the two of us apart. And to be honest, it upset us when someone confused who we were. It all started because of a maid who worked for us when we were little. We made a deal with her. If she could guess which one of us was Hiro and which one of us was Kaito, then we'd give her the combination to one of the safe's in our house. And if she couldn't guess right, then we'd activate the alarm. She guessed right, said that no one could actually tell them apart, took the money, and we never saw her again.
Now, we do our best to look identical to see if there's anyone out there who really can tell the difference.
During high school, there were a few people who tried really hard to tell us apart and one or two that were either extremely lucky or truly knew which one of us was which. We grew to like those people and we were very protective of them.
We're in college now. We go to Kingdom University. We're not as inseperable as we used to be but we still stick together a lot. It's our first year here and we can't wait to pull some pranks and have some fun.
I bet my brother will be the voice of reason as always... Well... I'll be the one that draws him to the dark side. Mehehehe.

, Luxord said as his deck of cards popped back into his hand, only then to do a few overhand shuffles. He thought that either the Superior or his right hand man Saix would have enough courtesy to appear to the meeting they scheduled on time, but it appears that he was wrong.
The Castle That Never Was… Hq to the infamous Organization XIII, a group of powerful Nobodies that once quested for Kingdom Hearts so they could obtain a heart and become whole. Such was their agenda before the keywielder named Sora defeated them, one by one, falling as the keyblade took their “non-existence” away from them. Well, not all of them fell by his blade, there were a certain few that decided to fade away in a different way. Betrayed by their peers, defeated by a replica of a dark-hearted boy, the list goes on and on and one would think that, given they were a part of the same Organization, they would at least protect each other. But each of their secret plots and hidden agendas seemed to disturb the frail balance between partnership and interests. But weren’t they all after the same thing? It appeared not.
Within the walls of that place roamed the newly resurrected members of Organization XIII. The reason why they came back from the nothingness and who or what brought them from it, are still yet to be discovered, but what mattered was that they have returned. But the question that really mattered was: what were they going to do now?
Would they repeat the same mistakes they did in the past? Would they again attempt to gain hearts from Kingdom Hearts? Some of the members were probably starting to question if they would really gain a heart, after all, thanks to the Superior, the only thing they gained by following his commands was their demise, so why would they make the same mistake again? “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me”.
But it seemed that there were still a few, who wanted to work under the Superior and one of them was sitting there in his rightful place, in Where Nothing Gathers, waiting for his fellow peers to show up.
The black hooded figure sat there, in the tenth chair of the room, playing with a deck of cards, fanning them, picking one and making them all disappear, only to repeat the cycle before stopping after hearing a door open. The hooded figure gripped his deck, squaring it and finally placing it within his sleeve, his eyes attempting to find out if one of his peers was finally entering the room. But it seemed that he would have to wait a little longer, because what entered the room was a mere dusk that was roaming around the castle. The mere sight of the hooded figure made it retreat, exiting the room swiftly and closing the door behind him.
The hooded figure sighed and took his hood off, revealing his visage. It was number ten of the Organization, Luxord, the gambler of fate and the one that stood in the last line of defense against the keywielder when he raided that same castle.
[colo=#587A9B]”I wonder where they all are…”
With a fluid movement, Luxord spread the cards in a line right in front of him, the cards hovering in mid-air and with their backs turned to Luxord. He then picked them all back by retracing his movement, only to shuffle them again and make a waterfall trick with his deck. The Nobody sighed and despite not feeling anything, he thought he would at least entertain himself by going to Port Royal, because there there were lots of bars he could go to. He made it a hobby of his to swindle the locals out of their money and possessions with a few games of chance. He still was unbeatable even after being, well… Dead, for so long.
A surge of darkness replaced the Nobody, only to fade away into the darkness from whence it came, the room going silent once more.
