Brief Overview:
All in all, Akii is a petite young woman with the build of a dancer--more than likely from all those years of taking ballet back when she was a young girl. She tends to wear cute clothing such as layered skirts and v-necked styled tees and cute barrettes and bows in her hair.
Her hair is long and layered, stopping mid-back in silver tresses--and odd color indeed as no one in her entire family has hair like her's. Akii's eyes are a bright sun-sparked gold, naturally narrowed and set into a look that often conveys annoyance--even when that's not what she's feeling at all.
Akii's skin is pale, not sickly-so, but light enough that people would mistake her for an albino if it weren't for her bright sun-spark eyes.
On the back of her shoulder blades she has a tattoo of a pair of black tribal demon-like wings.
Her ears are pierced--mostly with silver studs and hoops. Her left ear has just two silver studs side-by-side in the cartilage while having these in her right ear. [/left][/size]

Overview: Akii is rather quiet, preferring to keep to herself and live in her own little world than to venture into the lives of others—it’s not that she’s some anti-social emo kid…that’s just how she was raised. She was raised to be more independent than most kids and to survive on the bare minimal of social interaction—because that’s just how things were for her as a child, she didn’t have the luxury of having a doting family who spent hours on end showering her with love and affection like most kids did.
But that doesn’t mean that Akii is some recluse who locks herself away in her room, hiding from the world and escaping to the inner sanctum of her thoughts. No, no. She knows how to talk to people, to make friends and all that—she’s just not interested in going out of her way to meet or talk to someone, in her mind it’s just not worth it. If she’s put in a situation where it’s unavoidable, she has to start a conversation with someone then it may take a few awkward tries but she’ll get the hang of it eventually.
She’s an artistic young woman who enjoys spending lazy afternoons outside among nature, painting the scenery or writing fictional stories centered around unlikely heroes and nefarious villains.
If she gets stressed out she has a list of methods to help alleviate that frustration, such as; painting, playing piano, writing, stargazing and doing other various naturely activities of night.
Akii may be quiet and come off as indifferent—but she’s a kind and caring soul who sometimes has trouble expressing her feelings a loud, it’s much easier to show her emotions through other medias [such as her paintings, music, and writings] rather than speaking them.
She's calm and collected, for the most part, but that doesn't mean that she doesn't get irritated or annoyed. For the most part her voice is quiet but if experiencing an intense emotion she'll raise her voice--either in excitement or in anger.

Overview: Growing up Akii didn't have the luxury of coming home from school to find her mother waiting to give her a freshly baked snack and shower her with affections like the other kids in her class did. Instead, what she could count on was coming home to an empty home and having to make herself something to eat--even at such a young age. But she didn't mind being home alone--it was what she was used to and it was far better than having to listen to her parents fighting.
And boy did they fight! Not only did they argue--but they threw things as well, Akii wouldn't find out until she was 8 and eavesdropping that these fights were about her. How it was such a burden having to take care of her--despite the fact that she basically cared for herself as it was. She couldn't say that she was surprised by this revelation and now that it was out her being forced to take ballet made a lot of sense. She'd been complaining since she was 5 that she didn't want to take that 'stupid dance class', but now she knew that it was an excuse to get her out of her mother's hair for a few hours every week.
By age 15 she had stopped showing up to ballet in favor of lying out in the woods and painting--of course her mother still believed that she was attending her ballet practice but never cared enough to check on her or her progress in class. Art and writing were her ways of escaping her home life--getting a little peace and quiet without having to worry about getting a headache from the screaming and sounds of shattering glass.
At school she started using the music room more and more to teach herself another skill--piano. After a few weeks of unsuccessful self teachings the music teacher decided to take pity on her and take her under his wing.
Akii immersed herself in the creative arts, spending all of her free time learning new painting techniques, creating new plot and story ideas, and memorizing new piano compositions.
She applied to Kingdom University her senior year, making an appointment to bring her art portfolio and to perform several piano compositions which would decide whether she was accepted as a Music major or not. She was, of course, and was given a scholarship for music and a few thousand dollars added to that because of her art skills.
