Kousuke likes being an authority figure, having the power to do as he pleases without being questioned about his methods. He believes in the power of wealth and status as well as that there is a price for everything and in order to gain anything of value in life you need to pay the price known as hard work. This may seem a little hypocritical of him, seeing as he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and never really had to worry about working a day in his life growing up--but he stands by his opinion.

He functions best when it's quiet, when the immediate area around him is void of any noise; this is the type of environment that he likes best, the preferred setting for a thinker. Loud and unexpected noises set him off and trigger his anger--for the most part he's able to keep his cool, hiding behind a calm and collected façade.

Kou tends to rely on logic to solve many of his problems, looking for a solution that perhaps others haven't thought of yet. He's always looking for a way to one-up his rivals so that he comes out on top of whatever situation he's thrust into, making him seem a little cold and calculating.

To others, he comes off as sarcastic and cold, and not to mention a tad intimidating [whether it be from his icy stare or the position he holds at Kingdom University], making people, for the most part, want to avoid him as much as possible. [/blockquote]

He has a knack of pushing people away from him with his sarcastic attitude and cold demeanor. But if you're able to brave the icy stares and the indifference then you're in for a treat! He's not a complete jerk, he is capable of showing that he cares he can try to show that he cares...and for those reasons he probably won't have very many of these, but you can try to worm your way into his heart, who knows, maybe you'll succeed.

Kousuke isn't the type of man who is able to show affection towards others very easily, in fact, that's partly the reason why people have called him cold-hearted. With that said, he's not completely incapable of feeling those sorts of emotions...but don't hold your breath, you'd have to, somehow, worm your way into his good graces in order to catch even the tiniest of glimpse of him showing any sort of emotion [that doesn't involve sarcasm, irritation, snappy remarks, or coldness in general.] If you're daring enough to try something of the likes then good luck, or if you find him attractive [well, who doesn't?] it doesn't matter what gender you are, Kousuke likes both men and women and has been known to have flings here and there--never anything serious, just a little fun.

I got to thinking. Since Riku's family had been going to KU for generations and his father is a generous donor to the school maybe he could be a family friend. Riku might know him because he knows his father and they'd meet enough times to be pretty comfortable around each other. He could also be the other person who knows to full extent what exactly is going on in Riku's life and therefore they could be a little close. They could have that strange relationship where they're always really sarcastic to each other but it doesn't actually mean anything. Idk x.x lol up to you~.

I can see that happening. Maybe when the Devreaux's have their fancy, rich people parties, Riku gets dragged along by his father as well or just little meetings here and there, as well as the two of them running into each other on campus from time and again. Riku would probably be one of the only students that Kousuke would actually enjoy holding a conversation with because he can match wits and comeback with clever replies. But while they may be sarcastic and teasing towards one another I think that deep down Kousuke would actually care about Riku and so he'd make sure that Riku knew that if he ever needed anything his office door would always be open.

Definitely going to be major fun. I like the idea of the parties lol i can just imagine Riku's annoyance at having to wear a "monkey suit" and there would be plenty of chances for playful teasing and banter. I feel as though Riku would probably end up dying Kousuke as either an older brother/father figure. He'd enjoy having an older male to open up to although he'd be reluctant to because of his pride.

I wonder how'd Kousuke feel about the whole thing with Akira (Riku's father) being neglectful towards Riku and Ryuujust cause they won't be heirs? Then there's the whole situation with Kyou XD

He would definitely pick up on Riku's discomfort at having to be at the party all dressed up and would probably make it a point to tease him endlessly about it lmao. He won't admit it but he'd end up taking quite a liking to Riku and would probably consider him as a 'younger' brother. He's got his two younger sisters, but it'd definitely be a different type of relationship with Riku because he wouldn't have to constantly watch what he said. Kousuke would be able to be his self and he'd probably feel a little protective over Riku where it concerned his father Akira and that whole messed up situation.

As much as he considers Riku's father to be a friend, I don't think Kousuke would really like the way Riku was being treated by his family. He'd make sure to look out for Riku as much as he could.

Yeah he does have his hair up and he had a shirt that says "i love Sora" xD. I've seen a few pictures with him having his hair in a ponytail or short and with glasses~ I've fallen in love with that look on him. It seems to fit lol
