Brief Overview:
Kate is a beautiful young woman with a body woman would kill for. Soft curves and lean but lithe she’s in perfect shape. Although slightly short considering she stands at a whopping five feet and three inches, it makes her almost adorable. She weighs a total of a hundred and seventeen pounds, which her family teases her about considering she loves to eat. She’s quite the sight with a creamy complexion, bright blue eyes and blonde hair that reaches just past her shoulders when she lets it out. Most would call her the typical blue eyed, blonde haired beauty but there’s nothing typical about her. A smile is hard to come by with this girl (don’t get me wrong she isn’t not friendly)but it isn’t a totally rare occurrence. She just has very few friends therefore she doesn’t really have a reason to. So naturally she usually has a very neutral expression on her face but sometimes you can catch something almost sad in her expression. She usually keeps her hair in a loose bun majority of the time to keep it out her face, although her bangs always seem to come loose of it so she’s stopped bothering trying to keep her bangs back.
She generally tends to wear very comfortable clothing or tight clothing. When she’s at work, she usually wears either a white or black blouse and a black skirt or black slacks with the customary server’s apron. However, outside of work her more favorite go to outfit is a white hoodie with beige army designed midriff jacket. To go with it she usually wears these white leggings with straps all around her legs and shorts. She pulls off the look spectacularly and generally tends to catches everyone’s eyes when she’s out and about. However, it’s not unusual to see her in a kimono or even sweat pants and a t-shirt. She isn’t picky with how she dresses so long as she’s comfortable in them and can move freely. By night though when she dresses as ‘Phantom’ she wears darker clothes, blacks and grays with her customary black cape with the hood attached as it hides her appearance.

Overview:
Kate is a rather friendly and loveable girl, always polite and thinking of others. She’s generally very happy and calm since she’s very level headed. However, as loveable and happy as she is there always seems to be a more sad side to her. It only shows when she’s alone or has her guard down. She always tries to remain positive, especially when her friends are around. They always go to her to be their pillar of strength whenever they have a problem so she rationalizes that she needs to be strong. She’s easily pleased and is a very simple girl since it doesn’t take much to make her happy. She loves things that shines though (jewelry of course!) and especially loves art. What many people don’t know is that she’s a huge adrenaline junky, loving the thrill of the rush no matter from what. Her friends are always complaining about how much she loves to eat yet she never gains any wait which she always laughs at.
Kate’s a bit of a cheapskate. She refuses to spend tons of money unless it’s a gift for someone. However, she’s completely happy spending tiny bits of money on herself unless it’s absolutely necessary. She also hates to get dirty but tolerates it when she’s at work…for the most part. She doesn’t take much back talk from people, having a sharp tongue when the occasion calls for it but she usually walks away from confrontations not feeling as though they’re worth her time. There is another side to her personality though, the side linked to her adrenaline addiction and love of shiny things. Her alter ego ‘Phantom’ is much more mischievous, leaving taunting letters for the police at the scenes of her crimes with clues to her next act. She always lets them get a little close before completely vanishing. She loves the thrill of almost getting caught brings her. She’s a real dare devil as Phantom, taking risks and doing acrobatic stunts.

Overview:
Katelynn was the second born child to Amelia and Rosario Rosendale, her brother before her was Stephan Rosendale and they’d lived in Radiant Garden. Her parents had met during work. Rosario had been a body guard at the time while Amelia had been his client. He’d been hired by her father who was a huge business tycoon after receiving threats about going after his daughter. They’d fallen in love after days of being trapped together in the same hotel suite. They spoke a lot even after the job had ended and continued to meet. One day after discussing how alike their plans were for the future and how Rosario intended to stop being a guard for her sake they decided to have a family together. Their family was a pretty happy family, both males both having an over protective personality towards the females. Stephen and Katelynn were inseparable, her older brother beating up on all the boys that picked on his little sister (even though they were younger than him). Everything was great in the family and Katelynn grew to look more and more like her mother save for obtaining her father’s blue eyes and blonde hair. However, happiness was not to last within the family and Katelynn’s thirteenth birthday would be the last happy memory she had.
For the past month just before her birthday, a man who’d been arrested during one of her father’s jobs when he’d been a guard still had been searching for them. He’d found out it had been Rosario who put him in jail and he had every intention of making the ex-body guard pay. So the family had no idea that when they’d been away the man had slipped into their home or that when they got out their car to enter it he was waiting there for them. Everything happened in a blur for the little girl, even to this day she still can’t remember everything that happened. She remembered her father wrestling with the guy for a gun. She remembered her brother’s attempts to help and the sound of flesh meeting flesh as the man punched her brother and he remained on the floor stunned. She could remember her mother’s enraged yell as she attacked the man before a sharp sound, almost like a firecracker filled her ears. The next thing she knew, her brother was pulling her out of their home as it burned to the ground. She’d been screaming and crying hysterically for her parents, not even noticing the blood that dripped down her brother’s face.
Later on after the investigation and the autopsy on their parent’s bodies or at least what was left of them, the police explained everything to them. It appeared as though Amelia had been shot in the abdomen during the struggle for the gun and while Rosario was temporarily distracted with his wife’s wound the man had begun to set their home aflame, starting in the kitchen. Rosario and the man once more struggled before he too was shot in the stomach and coerced Stephen to leave with his sister. Both their parents had died in the fire but the man had escaped, leaving a bitter taste in the sibling’s mouths. It took a few days before the state allowed Stephen full custody of Katelynn since he was working and eighteen, the legal age of an adult. However, Katelynn hadn’t been the same after that. She grew quieter and more troubled and then when she was fifteen she began to talk to her brother about getting revenge on the man who had caused them to be orphans. Her brother was horrified at the idea of his baby sister having ideas of revenge and demanded she stop. Explaining that their parents wouldn’t want her to go down that road and that what would it get them? He reasoned that there would only be someone who would want revenge for his death and that if that person killed her he’d be forced to go after them. He tried to make her realize it was nothing but a meaningless cycle of blood.
They argued for days about it before one day she just stopped persisting and talking about it at all. However, this worried him all the more because she began to change even more. She’d sneak out at night to go to parties and drink with her friends. It was during one of these nights that she got her first adrenaline taste. She’s seen a lipstick she’d liked and with drink loosening her tongue a little she stated she’d probably steal it if she ever got the chance. Her boyfriend at the time (who really hadn’t been a great boyfriend) goaded her into doing it. Stating she was too chicken to carry out her own words and with that, her stubbornness kicked in. In the middle of the night the two picked the lock into the store where the lipstick she saw was and she easily took it from its stand. However, a silent alarm had been tripped when they’d entered and the police had been on their way. Within moments they could hear the voices of police officers. Neither of them waited for the other as they ran, dodging anything and all that was in their way. When she was finally at her home she let out a giddy peal of laughter, unable to contain the happiness at the thrill and adrenaline it had brought her.
From that day forward “Phantom” had been born and had grown with each new steal as it got bigger while she got older. The thrill of the chase getting her every time as she got close to getting caught before slipping just between their fingers. Her brother noticed the change in his sister and noticed it was also around the time the thief ‘Phantom’ appeared however, he pushed it aside, refusing to even think that way. It was one day, during her shift at Timeless River Café two days after her twentieth birthday that she heard some upsetting news. Someone had seen a guy who fit the description of the man who killed her parents close to Radiant Garden. Now, on top of stealing Kate has every intention of using ‘Phantom’ to gather information. Her thoughts and feelings of revenge never having left her, not even once and now they’ve been rekindled.
