Tick Tick Tick
Red tinted hues gazed at the clock mounted on the wall. A slim hand reached up with a small white towel to dab at the matted dark brown hair on her forehead, the wet locks soaking through her white tank top in the back. The brunette stood in the middle of the dojo like room, taking care as to not get the wooden floors wet from the water that still clung to her hair. She found taking a swim was a good way to warm up her muscles before any sort of strenuous activity. With a soft sigh, she wrapped the small towel around her neck, flipping her hair over the cloth so it stayed. With a quick turn on her heel, her gaze tore away from the clock, her fingers idly pinching at the black fabric of her sweatpants. Within a few moments, Tifa swung her arm across her chest, holding it to her with her other hand, stretching was something that should be religious before sudden exercise of any sort. Letting her arm hang by her side she began slowly spreading her feet apart, lowering herself to the floor until she felt the cool wood against her inner thigh and holding the split for a few seconds before rolling out of it.
Tick Tick Tick
Her eyes gazed back at the clock. Only a mere three minutes passed. The brunette then glanced around the club room. The silence was almost tangible, she could feel it seep down her throat. Lifting herself from the floor, she slipped the towel from behind her neck and walked over to her bag. She stuffed the cloth into her bag and rummaged for a moment longer and took out a mini portable radio, she turned it on and sifted through stations until she found music with a suitable beat. "Nothing good on..."

Rune had decided to come to the dojo even though there was no class or anything. It was a good place for practicing skills he hadn't used in a while and didn't use as much anymore. Well, since he wasn't sneaking past security systems and all anyway. He had to admit it had been a little more fun being the thief than the cop, but oh well, he could still use what he learned for fun. He had come in the outfit he usually wore for the class, the black outfit with the white belt and under layer, which also was usually part of his Halloween costume he usually wore. For class it was rather amusing that he looked like a soul reaper from bleach, and Hild chose an outfit that made her seem like a priestess... an evil one maybe.
He had taken his shoes off and climbed the wall since while it was now a dojo for the club, it had been made for something else before, so the walls had lines where the mortar was. He had used what little grip it offered to climb into the rafters and supports for the roof 15 feet above. Though, he was used to applying the right pressure and all to climb this kind of wall unaided. He started practicing some simple stuff, before really testing his balance, something he had done in the class he had learned most of it, except on a much safer balance beam and all.
As he paused for a second he heard someone enter and looked down. There was a dark haired girl in the room now, but he couldn't be sure if it was brown or black because it appeared to be wet. He watched her dry herself more and saw her stretching. Dark hair, black pants with a white top, and while he did actually spend most of his time looking at her face unlike the club vice-president, a very recognizable and hot body. He knew it anywhere when you put it with the other stuff, since it was hard to forget a body like that, though Zeran could probably draw her body in his sleep, Rune would only be able to draw her face since he actually knew where a woman's face was.
He sat down on the beam he was on and let himself slide so he now hung upside down from it with his legs, his arms folding across his chest with the hands in the opposites sleeve. "Hi there Tifa" Rune said, his white hair dangling straight down, he was a few feet above her still, but far enough in front that he was looking at her and not down her shirt. He knew her well enough since they were both art majors and since she was club president and he and his sister, okay well, she was actually his cousin but she was like a sister to him, taught the class. Though, while they were the same age, she was two years ahead since he started collage late. "What brings you here?"

A little bit after Rune greeted Tifa, Zeran entered the room wearing what he usually wore for the club; loose pants black pants with an improvised belt mode of white chord, an ice-blue shirt and a pair of whites shoes. "I came here to kick ass and get about as close to a sexual harassment suit as possible without leaving provable evidence in court, but I actually feel like doing something productive for once." Zeran said, poking fun at himself there. He shot a quick glare at Rune, and placed the a sports bag full of various martial arts paraphernalia against the wall.
"So, Rune, tossed anyone else out of there own work place lately?" Zeran asked Rune, his sulfur colored eyes narrowing at Rune. Besides just generally not liking Rune, Rune was also the bouncer at Joker, and had tossed Zeran out one night during his break after an incident where he had supposedly groped someone. Zeran already had a reputation by this point, and the most he had done was said an inappropriate comments and gave her a few glances to areas that were unnecessary to glance at, but the girl shouted about being groped and Zeran was thrown out. Zeran couldn't really blame Rune for throwing him out with the reputation he had, but he did blame Rune for the fact that he was late coming back from break and had to work overtime so that he would get his full paycheck.
Zeran huffed and started off by stretching as a warm up. He had come in mostly because he didn't have to work tonight, and he was bored out of his skull. He did have some school work to do, but he already had most of his assignments done and ecided to take a break so that he didn't go nuts.

There was a slight tenseness in her muscles when Rune popped out of god knows where and his voice echoed through the silence of the dojo. Her gaze lifted from the radio, giving up on finding a good station and setting it aside as she met Rune's gaze. With subtlety, she relaxed her muscles, a faint smile lifting the corners of her lips. "Probably the same reason why you're here Rune." The brunette then reached into her pocket, pulling out a hair tie and proceeded with tying her wet hair in a loose pony tail. Strands of hair that didnt get caught up in ther bundle fell to the sides of her face, framing it as she turned away from Rune, parting her lips to say something before her attention was brought to Zerans entrance. Tifa couldn't help the chuckle that escaped her lips at his statement. Typical Zeran, wouldn't be likable any other way. Placing her hands on her hips, she cocked her head to the side, eying the two in the exchange of words before landing her gaze right on Zeran. "Not sure what happened between you two." She said with a shrug, "But the fact that it's been a good ten seconds and I haven't had to hit you yet is a good sign Zeran."
The martial artist had a wide smile then, glancing at Rune for a moment before turning away from the pair, getting a good enough distance as she stretched out her other arm. Though despite the Vice President's tendencies, he was a well rounded one. She couldn't complain much about his work ethic when it came to the club. Likewise was said for Rune, though he partnered up more with his sister to look over the club, they were siblings right? Tifa didn't even know anymore, she knew them for some time now and still couldn't get stories straight. The martial artist cleared her throat, looking over her shoulder at the two men that decided to arrive before her attention was brought back to Rune. "So... You kicked him out?"

Rune looked at the doorway as Zeran arrived and made his statement, rolling his eyes. Yeah, productive, sure, he wouldn't be surprised if he had actually come from watching Tifa in what she was previously doing. "Don't you mean you came to get your ass kicked before getting fined for being an idiot?" Rune replied, as if nothing was even happening. He and Zeran didn't get along, probably because Rune wasn't as much of a hound as him. Or rather, because Rune was used to arresting people like Zeran because they had restraining orders against them. He was pretty sure if he was actually on the force again full time and not on protection detail he'd delight in dragging him out of someplace for going to far with a girl. He than looked at Tifa as she said probably the same reason he was here. "So you mean your here to practice stuff you haven't used since you stopped being a professional thief?" he replied with a grin.
He than heard him say say aout tossing people out of their own work place and suppressed the urge to grin. "As a matter of fact.. no, I haven't". he said, his voice still calm and even, he'd rather let Zeran do all the getting mad part of not liking one another. Though, he did laugh a bit as he heard Tifa say that it was a good sign she hadn't hit him for a full ten seconds. The pictures from previously seeing such incidents were funny, since Tifa was actually sorta than the two of them, only three inches, but still it made it all the more amusing. Plus Rune knew from sparring that she hit pretty hard.
He than heard Tifa bring up him kicking Zeran out, as if she wanted to know the full story. "Well, you see, during a break Zeran was taking he came up to some nice looking girl and was his usual self. Meaning he used comments she wasn't fond of and stared everywhere but her face. and considering he was pestering a customer and causing trouble, I think when he "Accidentally" slipped and caught himself by wrapping his hands around to her breasts, it was a good time to just get him out like I would anyone else. Besides, Some of us would like to avoid loosing a job because someones gutter trapped mind results in enough lawsuits to close the place down". he said, starting to swing back and forth a bit from where he was hanging to keep the blood from all rushing to his head. "I'm trying to figure out why he's so pissed though, I've kicked Hild out for making customers feel uneasy, and shes family, or is it because I spent the rest of the night actually able to do my job and yours and you had to actually do more work?" he added, with a grin. He had originally applied to be a dj there as well.. but his work experience and all the owner asked if he'd rather be a bouncer instead.

"Yes, Rune, because I totally stalk people and go every where they do just to watch them." Zeran said in a tone that dripped with venomous sarcasm, rolling his eyes. "Because all guys that look where they shouldn't and say naughty comments are pedophiles, and stalkers, and rapists, and drug addicts, and don't genuinely want a relationship with someone, and are sociopaths that treat other people like mere tools, although, I'll be the first one to admit that that last one is easy mistake with me." Yet another reason he disliked Rune, Zeran got painted the same color as some creeps that were much worse than him out there. "Oh, let me tell you what happened Tifa, Mr. Infallible over there forgot to ask both sides of the story, and has no respect for other people's pay checks."
Zeran shot another glare at Rune as he explained. "That's a damn lie. I make a few racy comments, maybe a few looks where I shouldn't but that's all, and immediately she goes shouting that I touched her because she didn't think to say 'my face is up here' or just walk away, instead thinking that no one would believe her if she didn't shout about her melons getting plucked." Zeran said.
"After that, I have to stay most of the night outside, am late back from my break, and have to work over time to get my full paycheck." Zeran said. "And let me tell you why I'm pissed, Rune. My father's madder than a hatter, my sister still thinks babies are delivered by the stork, my mom's dead, and I smoke and I'm a perv. On top of this, I have to work to afford food while trying to balance it with school work, a delicate balance that you set off for about two weeks, causing me to get stressed and chain smoke for a whole when I'm trying to quit. You tell me why I'm-! Hold that thought." The 8-bit version of Vampire Killer from Castlevania filled the room. Zeran unzipped his bag and reached in to find his cell phone.
Zeran picked up his cellphone and got a pained look on his face hen he looked at the caller I.D. "What Dad? . . . Oh my God, were you hurt? . . . That's a relief, what were you cooking? . . . How the hell did you start a fire making a salad!? . . . why does that not surprise me . . ." Zeran said, his face progressing from annoyance, to shock, to worry, and back to annoyance. "Well, I guess I should be glad you're okay . . . What do you mean you're not okay? . . . Oh right, the absinthe. Bye Dad." Zeran hang up. "Well, case in point about my father." Zeran said, before continuing to stretch. "Any way, as I was saying before my Dad decided to call me about a fire that did no damage whatsoever and could've been avoided with common sense, Why the hell do you think I'm pissed off? Yes, I understand you were just doing your job, but the least you could do is do it WELL."
