Using a pale hand she twirled the lolly in her mouth the other hand was currently holding an umbrella as she headed in to town. Why? It was raining, there were gray clouds over head and there was no sunshine today, looks like she'd look all pale and vampiric all day today then. Shame it was her natural skin color really, what she'd do to have a healthy tan all year round. Oops there she went again, going in to her own head again, that was something she needed to really stop especially in public since it usually lead to awkward situations.
As she did come out of her own mind she stopped outside a particular shop.
Ice cream. It wasn't hot or even warm out today for some reason. Yet? She still went inside using her back end to hold the door as she put the umbrella down and then set it in a corner of the shop once she'd folded it up.
A light sigh escaped the lilac/purple haired woman's lips as she sucked on the lolly in her mouth. Slowly she lifted her head blue eyes scanning the menu of the delicacy known as ice cream. After that she headed towards the glass near the counter to actually take a look. She'd cash out on ice cream today, using a credit card, she knew she had more than enough on that card for what she wanted. Picking out four different flavours she asked for them to be put together in a bowl, along with, chocolate syrup, hundreds and thousands, wafers, a chocolate flake and a few other various things.
Needless to say she'd probably be on a sugar high after this little outing.
After she ordered she paid with the credit card and then waited for the person behind the counter to serve up the ice cream.
"Thank you." Manners never hurt anyone. With the bowl and the spoon she headed off to a window seat. Scooting right up next to the window she took out the lolly putting that in the bowl with the ice cream as she stared out at the rain that trickled down the window panes. A few people ran past every now and then. No one stopped to buy ice cream.
The place was utterly empty only the people working there and Wynter were the people that were inside the gaudy looking little shop. She ate slowly, she must've been in there at least ten minutes before she heard the chimes from the door. Curious she sloooowly leaned to one side the spoon sticking out of her mouth as she waved at the person. She thought she'd seen them before now. However since she was unsure she just waved anyway, if she did? Then no harm done, if not? Then they probably just thought she was a nutjob.
Now she just sat back up and went back to eating her ice cream, drifitng in to her own little daydream world for a few moments. A gentle all beit calm and possibly solemn smile settling on her lips.

"Sh*t, sh*t, sh*t!" Zeran shouted as he charged down the rain soaked streets. His hands were cupped over his mouth so that his current cigarette wouldn't go out. He had just barely started it when he ended up caught in the rain, and he didn't want to have to light a new one because then he'd end up with even more carcinogenic substances in him.
He stepped into the ice cream shop, more for shelter than anything else, but he might as well get some ice cream while he was there. Zeran puffed out a drag from his cigarette and held it at his side. "I'd like a strawberry sundae with chocolate syrup and extra whipped cream." Zeran said. He reached into his sock and pulled out his credit card and payed for his ice cream. As soon as he was away from the counter, he had the cigarette back in his mouth and was sitting down waiting for the his ice cream, a little bit away from the lilac haired girl.
Between the two, both were incredibly pale, though Zeran simply looked like he could fall over any moment now and be rushed to the ICU of the hospital. He always looked like that though. In a somewhat creepy manner, his hair almost blended with his skin, thank god that his hair was just a little bit lighter, otherwise it would've created a surreal effect. His bright yellow eyes looked like sulfur the way they shone, which was to say, not at all.
"Tch, did they have to whip the cream and make the chocolate syrup?" Zeran grumbled to himself, still waiting for the ice cream he had ordered, and still smoking, though the cigarette was almost done.

The person that she'd laid eyes on was even more pale than herself, she blinked a few times spoon in her mouth again as she leaned around the chair. Watching the person, though her blue eyes focused more on the cigarette in his hands.
"I'd like a strawberry sundae with chocolate syrup and extra whipped cream." She kept her eyes fixed on the person now, hands going to her bag, so he liked strawberry? Good. That means he wouldn't have a qualm with the flavour of the lolly that was almost within her grasp.
She kept her gaze on the other before she saw him sit down.
"Tch, did they have to whip the cream and make the chocolate syrup?" She was already close by now walking a few more steps as the rustle came from her unwrapping the lolly in between her fingers. Reaching to the cigarette she pulled the thing out of the guys mouth before she shoved the lolly in there to replace it. Then she pointed to the 'no smoking' signs.
"May want to open your eyes and read the signs sometimes" She spoke though her tone wasn't sarcastic or demanding it was actaully very warm and melodic. With that said she strolled to the front door and tossed the cancer stick out the front door in to the rain.
After that?
Well she just went back to her seat and sat back down before she looked to the people behind the counter.
"Sorry!" She called to them before she looked back at the white haired male.
"Yeah, sorry for doing that, but it's not just the signs, I despise smoking, better to have your teeth rot than die from cancer." She spoke before she now turned back to the bowl and started eating the ice cream once more. She didn't go to sit with the person, that would be rude after what she'd just done. So instead she looked out the window again, blue eyes following a rain drop down the cool glass.

Zeran looked up right as his sundae was brought out, the cigarette was taken away, and a lollipop was placed in his mouth. Zeran just blinked a little and took the candy out of his mouth momentarily to take a bite of the sundae. Zeran glanced over at the lilac-haired girl. She was pale, but attractively so, which Zeran honestly kind of envied. When she spoke to him about the virtues of the candy over the cigarette, Zeran stood up, and walked over to her table and sat down across from her. "Didn't come here to chew you out or anything, just kind of lonely, and you're the only person here . . . other than that creepy guy watching you from behind the counter, and the not as creepy waitress." Zeran gave the creepy guy a glance. The guy winked at him. Zeran turned his attention to Wynter once more.
"Hey, the people at the counter didn't call me out on it." Zeran said, though his words were a little muffled by the lollipop which was . . . really good. "As for what you just did . . . yeah, thanks for throwing the cigarette away. I wish a quitting was a hell of a lot easier than it actual was. It would also help that I didn't turn into freaking Vlad the Impaler when I'm going through withdrawal, but other than that, thanks, cancer sounds like it sucks ass. As does emphysema, E.D., looking about 30 years older than I actually am, and being on respirator." Zeran took out the lollipop for a moment to take another bite of the sundae. "Anyways, I think we're in psychology together . . . and general chem right?" Zeran said. "Anyways, my name's Zeran Heartt, and you would be?"

The white haired male was giving her a quick once-over it seemed, until he actually got up, moved towards her and then sat down opposite her. She just eyed him, surveying his movements, he didn't seem dangerous or anything so she shrugged and looked back at her ice cream.
"Didn't come here to chew you out or anything, just kind of lonely, and you're the only person here . . . other than that creepy guy watching you from behind the counter, and the not as creepy waitress." Those calm amethystine eyes shifted from the ice cream to the man behind the counter. Though the man seemed to wink at the white haired person across from her so she smiled and gave a light giggle.
"Oh I think he's more interested in you than me." The hushed words that came from her with a small laugh.
"Hey, the people at the counter didn't call me out on it." She shook her head from side to side.
"Doesn't matter, the signs are right there, and I did it for them~" A smile as she listened to the smoker speak more.
As does emphysema, E.D., looking about 30 years older than I actually am, and being on respirator." Now her smile widened and she laughed, almost choking on the ice cream she'd had in her mouth at the time.
"Yeah it really does sound horrible. Though usually just having something to stick in your mouth helps. My dad quit when I was younger because of me, I always plagued him to stop." Though she stopped there? She momentarily went in to her own mind for a second or two to finish that.
Not like it did anything to stop him from dying anyways, least I still got him to stop before that happened... Makes me wonder... If I hadn't? Then maybe... Fate would've let them live a little longer, and I wouldn't have a horrible scar. Though she was in her own mind she was still concentrating on the guy across from her, she just didn't think he needed to hear that little bit of information.
"Anyways, I think we're in psychology together . . . and general chem right?" A nod of the head.
"Mhmm. That we are." She didn't need to say anything more.
"Anyways, my name's Zeran Heartt, and you would be?" Oh names... This guy hadn't said much yet, so she'd have to figure out how to act around him. Till then she'd just answer his questions and withhold information that she didn't think he needed to know.
"I'm Wynter Kuronin... Nice to meet you Zeran... I'm thinking maybe I'll get some more ice cream... Then after that go and get a bunch of lollies so that I can replace those death sticks with something more pleasant." A smile graced her face again as she looked out the window. What now? She needed to find something to talk about.
"So... I suck at conversation right now, my favorite color is purple how about you?" Yes, she did just say that because she had no conversation starter lined up.
"Though... I'm sort of impressed that you kept your calm when I took that thing away from you, mainly because when I've done it to others, they either sat or stood there in shock oooor they took a swing at me. Either way, I still do it, just .... Trying to help people live a little bit longer I guess." More talking, okay so this would've been better than the whole color thing, time to see where this was headed.

Zeran just twitched a little as he was winked at a second time. "Yes, unfortunately he is more interested in me . . . I don't swing that way." Zeran said, scooting a little bit away from the direction of the guy, not that he was all that close in the first place.
"Yeah, I suppose you're right . . . kinda ironic, smoking at an ice cream shop, isn't it?" Zeran said, crunching a little on his somewhat diminished lollipop, then taking a bite of his ice cream. "You'll probably end up with a put out smoke and some really shitty tasting ice cream. Ash and dairy don't mix well in all likelihood. Especially ash that's part tar." Zeran didn't know why he was spewing off so many facts about smoking. Maybe it was to validate the fact that he honestly found it disgusting in spite of his habit to do so.
"Wynter . . . that's a really pretty name. Suits you well. I'd probably rail off the meaning, but it's kind of obvious." Zeran said, he shifted a little uncomfortably. "As for Kuronin, my Japanese isn't great, it's mostly stuff I picked up from anime, but doesn't that mean 'black ninja'?" Zeran thought he would probably be corrected about that. What was the likelihood that the name would mean something that strange. "My favorite color? Eh, I dunno, not something I really think about that much . . ." Zeran said, then giving it a small bit of thought. "Ice blue or white I guess. They remind me of snow."
"Psh, I've been trying to quit for months now." Zeran said with a sigh. "Contrary to popular belief, those things taste awful, and they make my lungs feel like shit when I'm smoking them. I already named the side effects that'll be smacking me later in life."

She grinned and almost laughed when Zeran twitched and then scooted further away from the guy, despite already being far enough away.
"Yes, unfortunately he is more interested in me . . . I don't swing that way." A smile on her face when he said that, though she shivered slightly. She was a little cold, not that it mattered, she'd warm up again soon.
"Yeah, I suppose you're right . . . kinda ironic, smoking at an ice cream shop, isn't it?" A nod of the head. She wasn't really going to interrupt him or anything. Instead she'd just listen till he was done.
"You'll probably end up with a put out smoke and some really shitty tasting ice cream. Ash and dairy don't mix well in all likelihood. Especially ash that's part tar." A light giggle, the guy liked to make comparissons apparently. Not that she cared, it was interesting, something different at least.
"Wynter . . . that's a really pretty name. Suits you well. I'd probably rail off the meaning, but it's kind of obvious." Now she arched a brow, he looked uncomfortable, why? Did she do something wrong for him to act like that?
"Thank you~" She chimed back at him, compliments were always welcomed.
"As for Kuronin, my Japanese isn't great, it's mostly stuff I picked up from anime, but doesn't that mean 'black ninja'?"
"Eh something like that, I never really took an interest in my last name, or even my first and middle names for that matter. Kinda cool how you know that though." Names didn't really matter much to her. At the end of the day they were decided FOR you, it wasn't as though you could actually pick your own name at birth.
"My favorite color? Eh, I dunno, not something I really think about that much . . ." He could've just told her to shut the fuck up but nope, he humored her by actually responding. How very strange.
"Ice blue or white I guess. They remind me of snow." Snow... And winter... Wynter... She glanced out the window as she made the comparisons in her head.
"Guess they're gonna remind you of me now as well, considering you get snow in winter."
"Psh, I've been trying to quit for months now. Contrary to popular belief, those things taste awful, and they make my lungs feel like shit when I'm smoking them. I already named the side effects that'll be smacking me later in life." She was paying attention but she found something else more interesting, she felt all clammy and she felt like her clothes were sticking, so her eyes slowly moved down, as did her head so she was looking down.
Now she realized why she felt all clammy. Usually she'd wear two tops, a strappy one and something over the top that was nice and loose. Today? Before it started raining of course she'd put on a white long sleeved top, though now it was a little see through so of course the guy across from her could probably see the bra she wore underneath. A sigh. Why did things always end up going wrong for her?
"Damn shirt sticking to my boobs." He'd probably either stare oooor he'd ask why she was wearing bright purple underwear. One of the two. Not that she cared much really. It was just a little embarrassing sometimes. She'd only just noticed that herself so she was looking down, her head moving slightly from side to side. Almost as if checking if her bra was on awkwardly or anything. You know, just in case? Peeling the shirt off her front so it didn't stick as much she sighed. Okay so. White top, rainy day, brightly colored underwear. Not a good mix.

Zeran had been trying to ignore it the whole conversation, from the moment he had noticed Wynter in fact. The fact that she had a wet white shirt that was clinging tightly to her skin . . . AND she was wearing brightly colored underwear. So far, he was on a roll.
"You're welcome." Zeran replied to Wynter's thanks for the compliment. Not like it's hard to compliment her. Especially in this lighting, I'd call her a snow angel even. Her skin, that hair, those eyes, the way he shirt clings to her-. Zeran stopped his thoughts there. He was just going to ignore that fact about her appearance at th moment.
"Yeah, I've been doing that a lot lately. The other day I met this guy named Alex, just popped out of me what his name meant." Zeran said. "I Don't even know how I know most of this stuff." Zeran looked at Wynter and gave a small smile. "Yeah, I guess they will remind me of you, not like it's a bad thing to be reminded of." Zeran said. "Hell, maybe they'll even keep me from smoking."
Zeran had almost filtered out the state of Wynter's clothing, when she called attention to it. Zeran's mind quickly raced for something to say, and this came out of his mouth, "Well, at least it's showing something that has a nice view." Zeran shut up right there, and finished his lollipop then quickly finished the rest of his ice cream, trying to cram his mouth full so he wouldn't say anything else.
